My work includes an AI-driven trading platform, a concluded programmable-money pilot, an awarded identity proposition, interdisciplinary public programmes and independent publishing. Across them, I shape the proposition and assemble the people, technology, capital and institutional support that let it enter the world.

Institutional and public evidence
CHEER was jointly initiated by Tongji University and Shanghai Children's Medical Center, with support from Shanghai public institutions. I joined the core team as Founding Expert and helped turn that commitment into a working interdisciplinary practice.

Field Notes
My projects move through five infrastructures shaping contemporary life. The notes below keep a few questions public while observation, conversation and making continue.

The office could accommodate my role. It could not accommodate the whole person performing it.
Fifteen short performances grew from international meetings, promotion, salary, women at work, finance-bro habitats and AI office theatre. Humour became a way to examine the distance between how professional life is described and how it feels from inside.

I know how to move. I am still learning what should move with me.
Moving between cities made portability a material question. Which routines, clothes, foods and objects help a rented room become inhabited? What should be rebuilt, and what no longer needs to be carried?

How do we design both the thing itself and the conditions that allow its value to grow?
Products also become businesses, assets, market positions and reasons to invest. These notes examine how capital, technology, attention and institutional authority give some ideas leverage.

More capable systems make the location of judgement more important, not less.
Identity systems decide what counts as proof. Programmable money decides when value moves. AI increasingly recommends, plans and acts. These notes follow how judgement travels between people, models and institutions.

About
I grew up in Harbin and began with bodies, materials, use and the cultural life surrounding objects. Since then I have built across technology companies, consulting, venture building, universities and a global bank, moving between commercial products, public programmes and independent cultural work. I am based in Singapore now and preparing to move to Amsterdam. The transition gives my practice an active bridge between APAC and Europe: Singapore-based and remote delivery now, European partnerships in development, and Amsterdam-based work after relocation.
Industrial design students learn by making a chair, then have to ask why the world needs another one. Professional life added a second question: what gives a worthwhile idea enough technology, capital, attention and institutional support to grow? My practice holds both questions together.
